The Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (CLC) reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with or without notice, at such times and in such manner as ILC deems appropriate. 7. Every Tuesday during the Competition Period by approx. 13:00 ET will be held at Bell Media Inc., Toronto, Ontario, for a random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period up to the time of the draw. The first entry drawn in each draw is eligible to win a prize. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period up to the time of each draw. Bell Media Inc. will make reasonable efforts to contact each potential winner to notify them by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw that they may have won a prize. In the event that a potential winner cannot be reached within 2 business days of the draw, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly drawn at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.
Proof of identity must be provided upon request. To be declared a winner, the potential winner must first correctly answer a limited-time math skill-testing question administered by Bell Media Inc. without assistance. In the event that a potential winner fails to comply with all provisions of these Rules, the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify the potential winner and randomly draw an alternate potential winner, and the Contest Sponsor shall be fully released from any liability in this regard. The above conditions and procedures relating to the selection and notification of a potential winner will be applied with the necessary modifications until all qualified winners have been properly selected. The July 17, 2015 draw was the first to be held under new rules, allowing the main jackpot to exceed $50 million.  The $55 million prize was won by a group of 20 employees at a Rona store in Quebec. Subject to Section 3, the Lottery Game Rules form part of this Agreement; Lotto Max is a Canadian lottery game coordinated by the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation as one of the three national lottery games in the country. The game was introduced on September 19, 2009 and the first draw took place on September 25, 2009, replacing Lotto Super 7. Starting in May 2019, Lotto Max draws will take place every Tuesday and Friday. The maximum amount of Inactive Account Fees OLG may receive from a Player under this Agreement will be the lesser of: (i) $234 and (ii) the amount of unused funds associated with the Inactive Account.
