You can cancel your subscription through the settings menu on your iOS device or Google Play on your Android device, or by contacting Relish at help@hellorelish.com. If you are enrolled in a monthly or other recurring payment plan and choose to cancel during the membership period, you acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must cancel your subscription prior to renewal to avoid being charged to your account for future recurring subscription fees. However, if you cancel a prepaid subscription, you will not receive a refund unless required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you can use it for the remainder of your prepaid subscription period. If you think you are entitled to a refund, please send help@hellorelish.com an email. However, we reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit note in one case, we are not required to issue the same refund or credit in the future. Subject to Section 18, if any provision of this Section is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from this Section and the remainder of this Section shall be in full force and effect. Except as described below under “Arbitration Exclusions”, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms (including the validity, applicability or scope of this section), the Services or the content or services contained therein (each, a “Dispute”) may not result from negotiations pursuant to the “Notice of Dispute”; The informal dispute resolution clause below will be resolved by final binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of this section and to the extent permitted by law. ARBITRATION MEANS THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. You agree that the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act applies to this Agreement. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Relish”, “our”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, as well as any additional terms referenced below or otherwise applicable to particular areas or offerings in or through the Services. This section will survive termination of the provision of related services to you. Relish may change the subscription price or features from time to time in its sole discretion and will notify you of price changes in advance. Price changes for membership will take effect at the beginning of the next membership period after the date of the price change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Services after the price change takes effect. If you no longer wish to subscribe to the new fees or features, you have the right to decline the change by cancelling your membership before the changes take effect. Therefore, please read any notice of price change carefully. If you agree to the new membership terms, those terms will apply to this renewal and all future renewals.

The Services may offer an auto-renewal feature (“Membership”). If you purchase a subscription, purchase an auto-renewing subscription that requires recurring payments, authorize us to store your payment method for auto-renewal purposes, and you agree to the then-current fees and all possible taxes or transaction fees and all other fees associated with your membership, and further agree and acknowledge that it will automatically renew unless, prior to the expiration of the current term of your membership: (a) you terminate your account; (b) you cancel your membership (as described below); (c) we refuse to renew your membership; or (d) these Terms are otherwise duly terminated as expressly permitted herein.
